Result preview: HCL Tech (CMP: `955 / TP: `1,014/ Upside: 6.2%)
HCL Tech will post a 2.5% sequential growth in USD revenues to US$1,977mn V/s
US$1,929mn in 2QFY2017. In rupee terms, revenues, expected to come in at
`12,795cr V/s `12,434cr in 2QFY2018, up 2.9% qoq. On EBIT front, the
company posted an EBIT of 19.7% V/s 19.7% in 2QFY2017. Consequently, the
PAT came in at `2,168cr V/s `2,188cr in 2QFY2017, de-growth of 0.9% qoq. We
maintain our accumulate rating on the stock, with a price target of `1,014.
